How to Meditate

Meditation is a very simple and relaxing thing to do when something is troubling you. First, you sit in a criss cross position. Next, you take 4 deep breaths, calm down a bit. Now you need to close your eyes and focuse. You focus on nothing. Forget the problems that haunt you so. When you feel the link, you can open your eyes. You do remember the reasons why you started meditating, but you feel better about it. You feel peace and relaxation within your heart. Take 4 more deep breaths. You can meditate for long periods of time, or short. You just need to feel that link, that little click in your mind. Feel the natural positive energys flowing through you, just like a river. You need to be at peace with yourself.
