The Seven Chakras

The seven Chakras are pools of energy that flow within you. The first Chakra is located in the bottom of the spine. It is the element of Earth, and deals with survival. Fear blocks this Chakra, picture what you are most afraid of. Then relax, it is only a vision. The next Chakra is located above the genitals. It is the element of water. It deals with pleasure, and is blocked by guilt. The next Chakra is in the stomach, it is the element of fire. It deals with will power and is blocked by shame. The next Chakra is located in the heart. It deals with love, and is blocked by grief. The next Chakra is located in the throat. It is the element of sound. This deals with truth and is blocked by lies. The next one is in the forehead. Some people call it the psychic Chakra, or the third eye. It deals with insight, and is blocked by illusion. The very last Chakra is in the crown of the head. It deals with pure cosmic energy, and is blocked by earthly attachment.
